Hays County 4-H Council

The Hays County 4-H Council is a governing body within the 4-H program, dedicated to fostering youth leadership, community involvement, and personal growth in Hays County, Texas. It coordinates activities, promotes leadership development, and facilitates communication between 4-H clubs, volunteers, and extension agents. Through service projects and events, it cultivates citizenship and empowers youth to make positive contributions to their communities. Meetings are open to all 4-Hers.

Hays County 4-H Council Officer Applications

Membership in this organization shall be open to all youth who have reached 8 years of age and have entered third grade and have not reached a maximum age of 18 and are still in the 12th grade as of September 1 of the current 4-H year. Members must also reside in Hays County without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
