The Hays County 4-H Council is a governing body within the 4-H program, dedicated to fostering youth leadership, community involvement, and personal growth in Hays County, Texas. It coordinates activities, promotes leadership development, and facilitates communication between 4-H clubs, volunteers, and extension agents. Through service projects and events, it cultivates citizenship and empowers youth to make positive contributions to their communities. Meetings are open to all 4-Hers.

Halloween Costume Contest & Basket Bash
We’re adding some Halloween fun with a Costume Contest and Basket Bash! We encourage all members to come dressed in their favorite (and appropriate) Halloween costumes for a chance to win prizes. In addition, we’re asking everyone to bring a bag of candy to contribute to our deliciously spooky Basket Bash. It’s going to be a festive meeting filled with fun, creativity, and treats, so don’t miss out!

Ugly Sweater Contest & Cookie Decorating
We’re hosting an Ugly Sweater Contest, so dig out your most festive (and tacky) attire for a chance to win some fun prizes. Additionally, we’ll be decorating holiday cookies, where you can showcase your creativity and sweet skills. It’s going to be a cozy and fun-filled meeting with plenty of holiday spirit, so be sure to mark your calendars and get ready to celebrate the season with us!
